    I'm researching to start my first stack. I'm still new to all the stuff out there and wanted to get some opinions on what is considered the best starting stack for someone my build trying to gain strength and weight?I'm 5'9", 190lbs and between 18-20% body fat right now.

    Hey brother, so for your first cycle, I would suggest you use it to bulk up more, of course staying as lean as possible doing it. You will get the most out of your first cycle for mass gains vs diets down. That said, I would also suggest you get some fat off before starting the cycle. I would ideally get someone down to 12%. In order to grow, you need to eat a surplus of calories, so as you gain muscle, even with the best plan, you will gain some fat too. Once you get to 15%, I would say the bulk is over. I would say 15% is the top end, you’d want to end up before stopping the bulk. As for compounds, most people will do well with 500mg test cyp or E. Then add an Ai like arimidex. like .5mg ED More if needed. Then 7 days after last shot, 100mg Clomid ED for 7 days. Then 14-21 days of 50mg Clomid ED.
