Everyone is unique so I cant say it might not happen to a specific person that maybe had a predisposed health condition but in general, gh is not known as being liver toxic or to cause blood pressure issues. But as I said, genetics play a role. So you could hold more water weight on gh and if you are sensitive to blood pressure issues, it could go up with added weight your body isn't used to. So in those respects gh is considered safe. With growth hormone, I would be more concerned about blood sugar issues. GH can make you more insulin resistant especially if you are using higher doses. This will reverse itself once you are off of it. But these possible issues, all of them, can be mitigated with lab work and if you are using high doses of GH, with an at home blood sugar test.
