    TRT Therapy
    on: 2019-03-09 04:14:05
I am 40 years old and I weigh 325 lbs. I have high blood pressure and have hypothyroidism. My doctor has me on TRT at 200ml every two weeks. When I first started my test level was around 117. After, I been on TRT for almost two years. My last blood work I was around 515 or so. I can`t remember exactly the number. My question is I would like to increase my testerone cypionate dosage and take something to help to lose weight. What are my options as I don`t want to get bigger, stronger yes. In addition, when should I stop taking the testerone (at increased rate) before I get my blood work. Meaning, when should I dropped back to normal dosage schedule and how many weeks before blood work. I was leaning to use var as well. In addition, I don`t want anything to test positive on a drug test. Thanks for your help.

Hey brother, lots to go into here. First, glad you’re getting care for your test levels. 500s is a good place to be, still it could be higher and still considered normal. Your test dose is on the lower end but you’re having a decent response. One thing I would suggest while on this TRT dose, I would split it up to get a more even blood level. So 100mg every week instead of 200 every other week would help. As for cycling, taking it up to say 375mg a week would be considered a very moderate cycle but I bet you would feel great on it and it would more than support your muscle while dieting and keep you strong. You’ll want to control estrogen so adex at maybe .5mg EOD to every day owld be good. It sounds like you understand, the steroids are not going to get you lean, its the diet. I would make sure that you are on track with fat loss before starting. Then as you can see that you're making progress, you could add clen, start 20mcg in the AM every day for 2 wks, then 2 wks at 40, and increase by 20 every 2 wks going no higher than 100-120mcg. BUT I want to warn you that gear and clen can have an impact on blood pressure, so keep an eye on these things. You may walk around with high BP and not even know it otherwise. As far as labs go, I would give yourself as long as possible before testing again so that not only test levels return to normal but so that your red blood numbers and everything else level out. 5 wks should be plenty of time.
