    Hello, I want to start taking Test cyp at 500 weekly. 250 on Monday, 250 on Thursday. I also have a 10 ml bottle of 10000 units Hcg and a 30ml bottle of bacteriostatic water. What is the best way to run the Hcg weekly with the test? 250iu each day I do the test, or 250iu on back to back days? And how much of the water do I put into the Hcg powder? Thanks for your help.

    Yes the days you use the HCG aren't super important. You could do it on days other than shot days but I don't think it will matter. 250-500iu per shot, just 2x wk like you mentioned planning. That would work fine
