Clomid is going to be a little more effective for PCT purposes. Thats what I suggest to my clients. In fact, I don't think anyone I’ve worked with in the last decade has used Nolvadex for their PCT. You could try it and if it doesn't work as well as you like, you could opt to try again with Clomid. For Nolva, I would go with 40mg for 7 days. Then 20mg for the following 14-21 days. If you feel like your body is crashing after that, you could go back to 20mg or even 10mg for longer as you coax your body to get back online.
