Good man, delay the gratification and get the most out of your physique. Heres the thing about gaining muscle. Even with gear, it takes time. So I would plan to do a cycle that is 10-12 wks assuming all is going well. Use that whole period to try to grow. Then learn to hold that through PCT and an equal time or close to an equal time off. Then if you feel like you’d like to cut, do a cut for your whole cycle. Just like growing muscle, it takes time to lose fat. The gear wont make you much leaner on it’s own. So make sure you are already getting leaner and on your way to your goals. As long as you take time to hold muscle post bulk cycle, you can later begin to reduce a few calories to tighten up before you begin your cut cycle. Then by the time you get to the point that you are more at risk of muscle loss. There’s no definitive amount of time for any of these goals because everyone is at different states of body condition and muscle mass. Everyone can lose fat and gain muscle at different rates. Everyone will respond to gear differently and recover at different speeds. So the exact amount of time it will take for all these phases is individual. It’s taken me years and years to learn to read this in myself and even longer to read this in my clients. Great question though.
