    Cutting cycle question

Currently running cutting cycle 500 mg test E, 4-600mg Tren E, 400 mg mast E for 1216 weeks. Will be running anavar last 6-8weeks and HCG for last 4 weeks. Nolva/clomid pct for weeks after cycle. HGH 2-3 IU ramping up to 4-5 IU for 6 months to a year. Want to run clen after cycle depending on results by that point to finish burning last bit of fat. Are there any tweaks to this cycle that should be made and is duration ok for 16 weeks given the long esters? I'm 34 with 25% trying to get down to 10-12% with this cycle. Eating calorie deficient diet 40p, 40c, 20f ratio with training 5 to 6 days a week gym time/cardio.

Im not sure if you are only planning to use clen post cycle or if you are using it during and post. I would suggest using it during the cycle too for best fat loss. I would start with 20mcg for 2 wks, then 40 for 2 wks, then 60, 80, 100, 120. After 2 wks at 120, come off and take a break from clen. Other than that, remember the cycle is all going to come down to nailing the nutrition. 12% shouldn't be too tough. At 25%, the first 7% will be a breeze. I’d almost consider seeing if you can drop down just a little futher before you start the cycle. Once you are on cycle, you are on the clock. You only have that 16 wks to get into shape. I am positive it took you longer than 16 wks to get to 25%. Its going to take longer than 16 wks to get back down. This is where an experienced coach can see outcomes better than the average guy with less experience. I don't see you being your best after 16 wks of dieting, starting at 25%. Its just a matter of time. So I would get some of the easy fat off first. Really, you are not going to lose muscle as people are afraid of, coming down from 25% to even 15%. A lot of times, a guy can even improve/grow in that period. Its when you’re getting very lean, like down in the lower single digits that muscle loss is more of a concern when food and total cals is much lower. See, thats the main purpose of gear on a cut, preserving muscle. its not going to get you much leaner than you would get without it. its in saving muscle and keeping strength high while the cut gets hard that gear is of benefit. If you or anyone else wants a coach that can help with guiding you through this kind of thing, reach out through the Next Level Fitness page here at Naps. You want to be strategic here. Outsde of the things I mentioned, your cycle looks fine. Best of luck brother
