Hello there! I am fitness trainer, but I am pretty amateur in the steroids world. I readed a lot of articles about fitness, nutrition, steroids...and liver protection in steroids cycles. Each forum or article say something differents and opposite rules. Some articles have logic in his ideology but them confuse me. I am not doctor, then I would like some advices about this theme. Thanks in advance! My question is:a) Is good take a liver (example liv52 DS) 2 weeks before the cycle, during and 4 weeks after the cycle?Orb) Is better just take a liver 2 weeks before the cycle and after the cycle for 4 weeks? (Not during the cycle)I am not doctor or pro in steroids world but The option b) is very good and logic because during the cycle the liver is working too much metabolizing all exogenous steroids or oral pct... And maybe, will be more dangerous give more "work" to the liver with more pills... Repeat! I am not a doctor, this is only a theory that confuse me... You are pro, I would like know your opinion in this theme, your experience can help us. Thanks!!Cheers

I use liv52 through most of the year, on or off orals. I will also use milk thistle while on cycle, especially on orals, but to be honest, it's really hard to say just how much they help. If it does, its not a huge difference. i have gone entire cycles, in the past, not using "liver protection" and my values weren't too different, based off my labs. I say this becuase I feel that (and im certainly not pointing the finger at you, but want to say this for everyone reading!) that some guys think that they can run any oral or combo of orals for any length of time, and be just fine, simply because they mega dosed milk thistle. At the end of the day, dont count on milk thistle or live 52, but it isnt going to hurt. I wouldn't over think it. I'd personally just start at the begining of your cycle and run it through PCT. Not only can orals cause stress on the liver, injectables can too, to a lesser extent, especially faster acting injectables, from what I have been told by my Dr.

At the end of the day, as I've said before, doing blood work to check your liver. Liver enzymes will be elevated on cycle, but as long as they remain in a stable place and not progressively higher and higher, you are probably good
