its best to have the basic idea of your cycle outlined so that you can understand what works and what you would change. at the same time, just because you have a cycle layout doesnt mean you have to stick with it 100%, especially as you get more advanced. for instance, lets say you decide to run dbol for 4 wks but the gains are still coming on strong by the end of wk 4, you could exend its used to 5 or 6 wks. or lets say you reach wk 3 and are suffering side effects. you could easily cut it out or redce the dose.
so, for someone at your level who is looking to gain muscle, you should be able to still do pretty well on a test cycle with a kick start. a pretty standard cycle would look like this. keep in mind that water retention can be controlled though diet and your AI. you dont need to have "moon face" just because you are on "wet" steroids. if you want to use a drier kick start compound, you can use tbol at 50mg ED instead of dbol.
