Yes, Both. As I mentioned in your other question, GH becomes more fragile once you reconstitute it but it is still going to break down, over time, when kept at room temp. It's a very complex protein. You want to handle it with care in general, not squirting the bac water too quickly into the vials and not shaking them up.
