    Injuries on Cycle
    on: 2013-12-02 03:06:27
I am currently doing a cycle of test c 250, test e 250 / tren 150 mix weekly. I recently injured my elbow and my thigh all in the same week. I have taken a week off of workingout and still have pain from the injuries. I feel the injuries are going to take awhile to heal because they are pretty bad. Also, I have been on a cycle for over 3 months. My question is, should I continue whats left of the cycle and do light cardio and start back up on the weights next year to let the injuries heal? Or just start preparing to start PCT? Stats 39 year old, 5'9, 210lbs, 13% bf, lifting over 20 years. Thanks

Your best bet is to get to an MD and find out whats going on. If you think you are going to have to be out of the gym for awhile, your best bet would probably be to come off and do your PCT. Do what you need to do to recover. At this point, you've already run a decent length cycle. If you can continue to train areas of your body that are not injured, I would continue to do so, playing it very safe. If you have injured 2 seperate areas of your body in about a wk, your body has been trying to tell you something. There have probably been signs that this was coming, if you paid closer attention and listened to what it was saying. Male sure you pay close attention to your diet. It can be hard to stay motivated to eat when you are out of the gym, but diet will be your main tool to recover and help maintain your gains. Anytime you have an injury, you are going to lose size. Its just how it goes. The sooner you can accept that, the better off you'll be and the smoother this process will go. Muscle memory will kick in when you're healthy and it won't take long to get your gains back. best of luck
