    Hey there!

    So this will be my 3rd time using AAS.

    First cycle was Test E @ 500/mg a week for 12 weeks with a proper post cycle HCG protocol followed by a Nolva and natty test booster PCT for 5 weeks.

    Results were good, a decent amount was water but I held on to about 8 - 10lbs of muscle.

    Since then, I have done an Anavar only cycle for 5 weeks (I know, orals only = no bueno) and did a PCT consisting of Nolva and Clomid w/ HCGenerate and N2Guard throughout. I put on another 6 - 8lbs that I've since been able to keep and was basically a giant, vascular erection by week 4 haha.

    Now, I'm gearing up (no pun intended) for what I consider my first "real" cycle.

    I already have everything and have done my research, however I value the opinion of this forum and also want to get some advice on how to split the dosing up throughout the week.

    Here's my layout:

    Weeks 1 - 10: Sustanon 250 @ 1.5ml a week (~375mg)
    Weeks 1 - 10: EQ 300 @ 1.5ml a week (450mg)
    Weeks 1 - 6: Oral Turinabol @50 ED
    Weeks 3 - 10: Arimidex .5mg E3D
    Week 10 - 11: HCG @ 1000 iu/day for 10 days
    Week 12 - 17: Clomid @ 150 the first day (exactly two weeks after my last pin), then 50mg a day for 5 weeks.
    Week 12 - 17: Aromasin EOD @ 12.5mg

    I don't want to extend my cycle longer if I don't have to, as I'm a Physique athlete and don't want to get too big (My diet is in place. Everything is cooked on Sunday and I don't miss meals). I realize that EQ is very hit or miss and is a long chain esther. However, if you think I would benefit from it, I'd be willing to extend my cycle to 12 - 14 weeks and up the EQ dose to 600mg/week.

    I'll be running N2Guard, Livercare, Fish Oil, and Digestive Enzymes alongside (be sure to keep an eye out for my cycle log).

    I'm 6'2, 215lbs, 8% bodyfat. I have 35g Whey Protein Hydrosylate post workout w/ 10g Glutamine, 75g of maltrodextrin and then 40g of Casein before I go to bed. The rest of my calories come from clean foods I cook/prepare and the occasional Quest bar or two.

    I already invested in the EQ and Sust so I'd rather not waste the compounds. Unfortunately, this cycle was originally drawn up by my Physique coach (he wanted the cycle to be 6 weeks long because he claimed that your receptors can't make use of the compounds after that.) Of course I knew this was a load of broscience BS and we've since had a falling out. Thus is the reason why I sought out your opinion.

    Let me know what you think in regards to dosing the Sust and EQ each week (e.g. pin .75cc on Monday and Wednesday?).

    i would honestly run it for a few wks longer. the EQ is going to take several wks to start working well. its one of the slowest to act compunds i have used, but the gains come on steady through the cycle. outside of hunger and added endurance, i dont see much in the way of mass from EQ until at least 4-5 wks into the cycle, even then, its not dramatic. its gradual and at wk 10, i believe you could still continue to gain mass. also, i've found that the lower the dose with eq, the longer it takes to notice gains. i think your dose is just fine for your experience level, but i would shoot for 12-14 wks, also, once the eq and test kick in, you'll make some good gains. i would personally start the tbol out the gate, so i could begin strong and get myself in the most anabolic place possible as i wait for the injects to start working. you'll still get synergy between the tbol, test and eq together. you'll just be able to start growing off the tbol much quicker than the test or eq


     


    oh and believe me, your receptors can "make use of the compounds" long after 6 wks lol. but i think you understand that.


     


    on a final note, i'm personally not a huge fan of whey hydro. its so expensive and whey iso seems to absorb plenty fast enough for me to see results. i think there is a lot of hype around hydro. i just dont buy into it. whatever protein you choose, i would up it to 50g post workout and would probably lower the malto to 40-50 grams.this is based off a suggestion by dr scott connelly for mass building. he says that your main goal with your post workout shake is to get the protein synthesis ball rolling, you just need enough carbs to help shuttle nutrients to the muscle. 50g p/50g c is what i take post workout right now 25g malto or waxy maize and 25g dextrose. dr connelly actually suggest less. 35g is ideal in his well educated opinion, then make sure you eat a solid food meal 45min to 1 hr after that, rich in carbs and animal protein
