It all depends on how much you have and what your goals are. At the very least, 2iu at least 5 days on, 2 off, or ED if possible. This dose is what would be considered a replacement dose and is good for overall health. It will possibly aid in maintaining lower BF, but it isnt going to be greatly helpful for adding new muscle. If you want to add more muscle, 4-6iu is about where I'd go, assuming you have good quality gh. I would maintain your dose as long as you can, not going down in PCT or after the cycle. If you are an experienced AAS user, I would also consider running the cycle a little longer, getting the most out of your GH. It is much more effective while using gear.
