    Thank you for all of your help in the past. I really appreciate your time. Firstly, I'm 5'11 245 lbs at 15% bf. My last cycle of Tren and Susta ended over 2 mos. ago with minimal gyno. I'm trying to add an additional 30 lbs. by July 2014. Any recomendations for my next cycle?

    You're very welcome. Glad to have you here...Ok, I think we need to back up here and look at your goal. This does not at all sound realistic, at least not if you want your gains to be quality. I would back away from trying to put a number on your goal and instead focus on improving how you look. I'd rather add 7 lbs of muscle in the right places and look leaner, than gain 20 and be fat. The best you can do is run your cycles, train your ass off and focus on EATTING the BEST diet you can. Your body will take it from there. Some guys might gain 20 lbs and some guys might gain 5 but this is a journey, not a race. Our bodies all work differntly and at different rates. If you stick with it, and set reachable goals, you can get where you want to be. 

    Focus on the mirror. You have about 40 lbs of fat if your stats are correct. If you are bodybuilding, you want to look the part and you can't do that if you have a thick layer of fat over the muscle. Something in your diet needs to change. That doesn't mean you can't still gain muscle, but you should really make fat loss an qual priority, especially at this point. If you were able to put on 30 lbs of scale weight, I can assure you that at least half of it would be fat and fluid retention. That will push you up past 50 lbs of fat, that you are carrying on your frame. The more fat you gain, the harder it is going to be to lose it later. Plus the bigger you get, the more your skin is going to stretch. Focus on transforming instead of just adding lbs to the scale. I promise you this. If you lost 20 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle in your next cycle, you would have the illusion of looking bigger than you are now with your shirt off!

    Make sure you use an AI to control that gyno from getting worse and remember, the less fat you have, the less estrogen you have. 

    Maybe look into something like this :

    tren ace 100mg EOD

     

    Along with this, run some Clen or ECA. Clean the diet up and keep protein high. Make sure you're doing a little cardio every day you train. Start at 30 min of walking on the treadmill and add 5 min every could of wks till you get to an hr.
