This is all going to hing on how your diet look. You could use the strongest "bulking" compounds, such as a sust/deca/dbol cycle and make a lean gain transformation, losing some BF, while gaining muscle. I would personally use a cycle like the one I just mentioned or I'd use EQ in place of Deca. You should focus on always making lean gains while keeping your body fat lower tha 12%. That way, you wont need to diet too hard when the time comes to get diced for a contest. I would work on transitioning your diet to fit this goal, from now until the time you begin prep. I would make sure that the diet is doing the work, not the cardio. I would do cardio, but I would keep it low, arounf 25 min, 3-4 days a wk. The closer you can get to staying in that BF% now, the more impact you'll be able to make with low amounts of cardio, when it's time to start dieting for the show. If you were already doing 1 hour a day, 5 days a wk now, this would be a very high starting point when its time to do your contest diet. If you are able to stay lean now, doing a small amount, upping it to 30 min, 5x wk will make a significant, without over doing it. The more cardio you have to do, the more you are going to risk effecting your leg size, plus it would be needless work, if you could have easily made the adjustment in your diet.
