This spring I'm competing in masters over 50 and possibly onto Masters Nationals over 50 middle wt class. Im looking to purchase the 16wk Pro Cut Cycle. Since I've never used HGH before, is it worth the money? Also I've always thought that you inject it sub Q. But you mentioned that it should be done IM? Thanks again.

GH isn't totally necessary, but for masters nats, I would suggest using it, for sure. Most everyone there will be. It can get you just a little leaner than you would be able to do otherwise, plus it'll help to maintain muscle and keep you from going flat as easily on the diet. If you can afford it, I would add it to the program. Also, at your age, you will probably notice more benefits than someone who is younger. Your natural production is most likely lower now, than what it was when you were 25, so it might give you a bigger edge with fat loss than it would have 15 yrs ago. It'll also help with the elasticity of your skin, keeping to get it tigher, which as you may know, can be a problem when we get older. If you ca addord to, I would consider using it year round, at the least, dropping down to an HRT dose for part of the year, if you need to conserve funds. GH can be taken either IM or sub-q. I prefer IM because I know it is getting into the blood quickly, and spikes higher. Plus with low body fat, I'm always afraid that I'm not going to get it sub-q, but instead go subdermal.
