Gear is only going to work as well as your diet. I would give yourseld some time to figure out what you need to do to grow muscle while losing fat, before you start. I'd get down to below a real 14% naturally and then add the gear. Right now, you are holding about 30 lbs of fat, meaning you might be 140 lbs if you were to get lean. At 5'9, that tells me you don't have a lot of experience. If you were to cycle without a solid understanding of what to do, you will be unhappy with your results. I've known about Naps for awhile and lurk around the boards, I see guys come on and say that X product by Geneza didnt work. They got strong but didnt gain much mucsle. I'm taking the same GP gear they are and my gains are through the roof. There are so many people that hop on, not knowing how to use their diet to support their cycle, to get the gains they are looking for. If you do some reseach online, you'll be able to find everything you need. I'd suggest going to juicedmuscle.com and having a look at the info those guys are posting.

For a basic foundation, make sure that you are getting 200g of protein from solid foods a day and an added 100g from whey iso. That should be your base. Carbs and fats are what you will manipulate to make changes in body fat.
