    I have been lifting and learning to properly control my diet for 5 years now. I started lifting 21 years old at 5'10" and 102lbs. I have always been built as a VERY small boned person. A am now up to 146 lbs. I feel I am ready to try something more potent than just sleeping and eating!! I have a naturally fast metabolism and its hard to put on more than 9 lbs a year. What are your personal and professional thoughts on this? And thank you so much in advance!!

    Wow, 102 lbs at 5'10, huh? A lot of guys tell me that they are an ectomorph, but when I examine their diet (more so lack of diet), their problem is that they just aren't eating enough. But you, my friend, are probably about as true of an ectomorph as they come. Thats not to say that you might not be able to eat more. We all can eat a better diet, no matter how well dialed in we already are. I have some ectomorphic tendencies and I can tell you first hand, you are going to have to eat a lot more than your average guy, just to make average gains. Steroids will help you in your goal, but how well they help will be limited by how good your diet is. Not to mention, I'm sure you want to keep the gains you make off of your gear, so if you do a cycle, be prepared to continue eating a shit ton of food after you come off. Guys like us can never let up on the food intake. When we do, muscle will slip away, FAST! If you want to talk diet, feel free to ask in the diet section of the Q/A and I can help you sort that out. I will say though, that 9 lbs a year is pretty darn good for a natural. You've done pretty well so far. As you gain size, you will find it harder to put on muscle and it's going to require more food. The diet will become more and more important as you progess.

    As for gear, your best bet will be to do a simple cycle of a long acting injectable test for 10-12 wks. I'll also suggest adding in a low dose of dbol to kick start your program. Do yourself a favor and read up about these compounds. You want to know what you are putting into your body and understand why certain side effects may happen. You'll also want to have a firm understanding about why these side effects can happen. Juicedmuscle.com is a great place to learn about these drugs. You'll find drug profiles as well as a ton of other guys, much like yourself, that have come on to ask questions about the gear you are planing to use. 

    For your test, I would suggest Test cyp or Test E, and I would use 2cc EW, split into 2 injections. For the first 6 wks, I would use a low dose of Dbol, around 25mg ED, split into 2 to 3 daily doses. You'll also want to use a low dose of an AI. Adex is easy to use. The dose you need will depend on how you resond to estrogen. .5mg 2-3x wk would be a good place to start. After your last injection, you will want to wait 2 wks and then begin PCT, using Nolvadex at 40mg ED for a wk, then 2 more wks at 20mg ED. Naps has a lot of different brands. I personally use a lot of products by Geneza. I would suggest that you use their gear. It's always been consistent for me and gotten me where I want to go. Thats not saying that other brands aren't good. I'm just giving you my personal experince. I don't know the prices of some of the other brands, but if you're paying a few $$ more for Geneza, believe me, it's worth it. Here is the outline. 

    1-12

    test e or cyp 500mg

    adex .5mg 2-3x wk, up to EOD if needed

    1-6

    Dbol 25mg ED

     

    PCT starts in wk 15
