If you are looking to use gear to build your strenght back up, be very careful. Your muscles will get strong much faster than connective tissues. Your tendons are all very weak right now. Making quick strength gains will put you at a greater risk for injury. So remember, if you normally use a 20 lb DB but all of a sudden, feel like you can use the 40lber. you'll be asking for trouble. Take it slow and don't increase anymore than 5% each week.

I'd suggest you run a small dose of test cyp, around 250mg every 5 days. I would also use .5mg adex 1x wk. If you find that you are sensitive to estrogen, 2 to 3x max. I would run this for 10-12 wks and follow it up with PCT.

    1-10

    test cpy 250mg E5D

    adex 5.mg 1 to 3x wk

    wk 13

    Nolvadex 40mg ED

    wk 14-15

    Nolvadex 20mg ED
