    Juice on a budget

Been working out for three years strait all natural now and have considered gearing up. With having a wife and kids to support, finances are a little tight. Would it be worth the money to do a 10 week cycle once a year. How much of the gains can i expect to keep after i run out, and what would you suggest taking. I started at 140lbs and now 200lbs. Can shed weight easily. Need bulking cycle.

You will gain a lot more, doing one cycle a year, than you would training natural for the same amount of time. I'm sure you can see, that as you've progressed, the gains come on slower and slower. For a well developed guy who is training naturally, gaining 1-3 lbs a year is decent progress. If you run a small test cycle and gain 25 lbs, you may be able to keep 10 or more lbs, by the time you have recovered. The key will be recovering your natural test levels and eating enough to maintain your gains. Once you are off and recovered, you naturally aren't going to be able to look quite as hard as when you were on, but you can gain and hold some good muscle.

I would suggest this cycle. Cost won't be too high. Gear is much cheaper than the food it takes to grow and hold lean muscle.
