EQ is a great compound for fairly lean gains and increased vascularity. It may add a minimal amount of fluid but nothing compared to something like deca. I find that when my diet is clean, most of the fluid retention stays intracelular, creating a full, round look to the muscle. On a 20 wk cycle, for an advanced lifter, who has had experience with higher doses, 800mg EW, or 200mg EOD will work very well. Some poeple get anxiety at higher doses. If this starts to happen, I'd skip taking it for a few days and then reduce it to 600mg to see if it gets better in a wk or so. If you do run a high dose like 800mg for a long period, 20 wks, I would get labs done about 12 wks in to make sure that your blood isn't getting too rich. If your RBC is high, donate a pint of blood and you'll be better instantly. I can tell when I need to donate. My face tends to get and stay red very easily. I get short of breath easily, and my BP will sometimes go up. Also, I can begin to hear my heart beat in my head, even when my BP is good. You want to keep an eye on this
