I have never used IGF lr3 more than one time per day, either pre or post workout. or at about my normal training time on days off from the gym. I've found that the more I use, the quicker I become desensitized to it's effect. I would imagine that using it more than once a day would also add to how quickly the same dose becomes less effective. 25-35mcg one time a day, 5 to 7 days a wk, seems to be effective for me, for the length it takes to go through a 1mg vial. Thats usually about 6-8 wks. Then from there, I would take 3 wks off and repeat.
