I would try using more test for starters. I would up it to 500mg EW and I would add an anabolic to it like deca OR some EQ at 400mg EW. If you would like to open the cycle up with some dbol at 30mg ED, that would add some strength and water weight quickly. 350g protein is probably enough for your size, but you can probably use more fats. You didnt list your carb intake, but that is going to be the main macro that will help you make gains after protein. I would slow up the carbs until you see weight gain. You want to eat enough to gain muscle but not so much that you are getting overly fat, quickly. Some fat gain is going to happen, but you can keep it under control. I can't say how many carbs you need, since it will depend on your individual needs, but I would start with 300g and go up every wk or so from there. I would start doing that now, before you start your cycle, so that you can figure out your needs and make the most out of your gear.
Also, I'm not sure what brands you have used in the past, but quality will make a difference. If you are going through Naps, I would suggest Geneza. They make solid gear
