    I am planning my first contest prep cycle. Could you give me some direction as to a good beginner contest prep cycle. I plan on starting to diet 12-14 weeks out. Thanks!

    It all depends on your experince with gear, as to what componds and doses you use. If you have never used gear before, I would stick with use this program, minus the tren. I would give yourself 16 wks if possible. The more time better. For the purpose of contest prep, I am going to count down from wk 16 to the show

    I would start the adex at .5mg EOD and at 8 wks out, move it to .5mg ED. In the last 4 wks, you may need to up it to 1mg ED if you are still holding estrogen related fluid and fat. If you do, it will effect your joints and sex drive. IMO, this sometimes goes with the territory. For the clen, I would start at 40mcg and add 20mcg every 2 wks, till you get to 120mcg and stay there for the rest of the diet, into the show. If you like, Naps offers a couple brands of tren/prop/mast that are all in one vial, or you can use them seperately. I would strongly suggest you use Geneza halo. It is very well dosed. I have run it for a few contests and it is as good as it gets.
