    I have decided to run Test prop and tren ace for a 12 week cycle. I would like to put on 12 -15lbs of muscle. Well that's my goal. I was thinking about running a low dose of dbol or would Var be better? I had my blood work done and everything came back good. I have about 4 cycles under my belt. I am trying to keep the water retention down. Ho would you set up a cycle for as dosages and pinning? I read where you said ED injections helps you keep sides down. Also I do know about the sides from tren ace. I really researched that part. But I do believe I can handle them. I have no problem injecting ED. Also what PCT schedule would you recommend. Your help would be very appreciated.

    I wouldnt suggest using prop for a bulking program. I don't personally believe that "test is test". Longer esters can build up higher in your system than prop. If fluid is a concern, it can be control with an AI. I prefer not to put myself through the pain of using more ml of oil than I have to. After a couple months, shooting cc's of oil ED gets old. Another factor for fluid is your diet. Steroids will make you more sensitive to sodium, which will make you hold more fluid. You don't need to keep sodium low, Your body can get used to eating a lot of sodium (which often happens on a bulking diet) and regain homeostasis. The key is to keep your sodium intake consistent. If you eat low NA one one day and high NA the next, you will blow up, but even if you keep NA high but always eat the same amount, you will addapt. If you control sodium and use an AI, as well as keep pounding water every day, you can keep water retention from being out of control, even on high doses of long acting test.

    All of this said, If you are working on adding mass, you do want to use some fluid retention to your advantage. Intracellular fluid will help aid in recovery(which equals growth) and will help add to your strength. A stronger muscle can grow bigger with the right diet. So don't sell yourself short. If you want to gain 15 lbs, you are going to have to eat big and use every tool you have. 

    OK, moving on, kind of...I find it intetesting that you would consider using dbol, when it's main effect will be to add large amounts of fluid, quickly. I would be all for it, if adding 15 lbs was my goal. 30mg ED for the first 6 wks would work well. If you don't want to add fluid from your oral, using something like anavar or oral tbol (either at 50mg) would be good. I don't beleive you will make the same gains with it, but with the right diet, you can do well on either of them. 

    As for sides from tren, I notice that the ace ester seems to metabolize quickly in my body. I find that ED injects keep me from getting a flux in hormone that often causes acne and insomnia, for me. You can either run your tren at 50mg ED or 100mg EOD. It'll work the same, either way. If you can use it EOD and expereince no sides, I'd go that route. The less pinning, the better. If you use a long acting test, as I suggest, I would still break it up into EOD injects, since you are alrready doing EOD injects with the tren. This way, your shots will always be the same and you won't have to try to remember what you shot when. 

    So with all that said, here is my suggestion :

    1-12

    test e .5cc EOD

    tren ace 1cc EOD

    adex .5mg 3x wk

    1-6

    oral kick start, either dbol at 30mg 

    OR

    anavar 50mg ED

     

    PCT will start 2 wks after your last shot.
