    First cycle
    on: 2013-06-02 22:36:50
    Hello,

While this is to be my first cycle, I have read as much as I can through the internet and llelwyns anabolics, so this is more about a professional opinion rather than internet conjecture.

After much thought my first cycle has always been set to be 500mg test-e per week, but the general consensus is to use an oral kickstarter or something short estered, at first I really wanted to use dbol or anavar (still do ;)) but now I'm either biting off more than I can chew or not?

    1 - 12 test-e 500mg per week
    1 - 6 anadrol 50mg per day
    9 - 11 tren 500mcg per day
    anastrazole .5gm eod

    pct of nolva/clomid

Would this cycle be too harsh on my liver even with proper support?
Also, would HCG be a waste for this?

Thanks for reading and taking the time to answer

you have over thought this. keep it simple. there is no need to add all of these additional chemicals to your first cycle. i recently helped a 27 yr old out with his first cycle. he had his diet nailed (which is the key to making aas work). he trained his ass off and took 250mg test a wk. he gained 22 lbs. after the water came off, he finished pct and his RBC went back to normal, he held 14 lbs. this is a massive gain. had he used 500mg test, he wouldn't have gained 44 lbs. maybe he would have gained 24, 25 lbs? and maybe he would have held 15 lbs? or maybe being shut down that much harder would have made him hold less in the end. its really impossible to say, but i think you can see where i'm coming from.  500mg test for 12 wks with a kick start of 25mg dbol for 6 wks will give you some massive gains, if you have your diet and your training in order. if those things arent in order, you can take much more gear and still not make great gains.

remember that this is a lifestyle. if you have anything close to a serious goal for what you would like to see out of your physique, no one cycle is going to get you to your final goal. its going to take much longer. depending on your goals, it may take years. someone who has the additude of trying to jam in more gear to speed that process up may see better results in the short term, but its those same guys that get burnt out or sick and become casualities of the sport. i've seen it all too often. as far as the hepatotoxicity of orals, yes, using drol and oral tren in the same cycle, only a few wks apart is probably a bad idea. the liver protection supps out there my help, but i have seen proof in my own blood work to show that it doesnt do nearly as much as i've seen promoted on the message boards. orals work great for creating a change quickly, but they also can have a huge impact on your heath. beside the risk of issues like liver lesions, you also have to think about your heart. many orals can change your cholesterol quickly. maybe that isnt so bad for a short time, but like i said, this is a life style and over time, you can cause serious heart issues. OT is an especially rough steroid and i couldn't imagine suggesting it to any new user. i wouldn't suggest it to someone who hasnt been ussing AAS for less than 2 years actually. and even then, injectable tren is a better option in most cases, IMO. personally i would suggest you stay away from tren for the next several cycles. there is really no need for it yet.

lets look at aas use like filling a cup. the cup is only going to hold so much water at once, so if a cup is, lets say 8 oz, theres no need to bring a gallon jug over to fill it. you're only going to gain so much, so fast. further, over time, what works for you now will become less effectve as you grow bigger and have more cycles under your belt. as you cycle, your cycles will slowly need to grow over the years. if you start with several exotic compounds, what are you going to do for the next cycle? give yourself room to grow into larger cycles. keep the doses high enough to evoke good gains, but low enough to not be adding more than you need. not only will you save your health, you'll save your money too.

btw, HCG is a good addition to any cycle.
