3 months is the minimal amount of time that I would run GH and even then, the results will be small. I would expect some fat loss while maintaining or even gaining some muscle. You may notice that your finger nails are harder and that the quality of your skin and hair have improved. Ideally though, Gh is something that you would use for much longer. If you can stay on it for the rest of your life as a BB, I would say go for it! I understand. Thats a big commitment. If you can get more and stay on for 6 months to a year, I think the results will become more apparent. Unlike steroids, GH is very slow to work. I recently heard it described as filling a bucket with water, one drop at a time. If you stand there and watch it, it will seem like you aren't making great progress, but one day, you look and realize that the bucket is half full!
I've found that using IGF pre or post workout at 25-35mcg, while running lower doses of gh(3-5iu), seems to give me much better results than the GH alone. I would cycle the igf at that dose for 8 wks on, 3 wks off.
