Ok, real talk here guys. I don't want to advocate running long 6 month cycles for the average joe out there, who is just trying to look good and get big. That being said, for competition at the national level, 6 month cycles aren't unheard of. I just dont want any new guys thinking this is the route.
Alright, heres the thing. I would want to change things up a lot more often. Every 4-8 wks, I like to make a change to avoid homeostasis. If you run the same dose and ester of test for the whole cycle, there will come a point 3 months in, that you realize you just aren't responding anymore. I don't plan everything out ahead of time. I have enough gear on hand to adjust as I need to. Instead of telling you what to do, let me try to give you an example of how I might run things. I may start with sust because it acts quickly and makes me hold more fluid than test e or cyp. Lets say I start with 1cc EOD. Along with that, I may take 1cc EQ EOD. After 4 wks, I may add NPP at 1cc EOD. At wk 8, I would probably switch the sust to cyp, now running Cyp, EQ and NPP 1cc EOD. At wk 12, I may drop the NPP and add injectable dbol for 4 wks. At wk 16, I may switch the test cyp to test e 1cc EOD and add 1cc prop EOD, as well as increase the EQ to 1.5cc EOD. at wk 20, I may add a small dose of tren, 50mg EOD. Through this, I would use ghrp 6 to help with food intake 200mcg 2-3x day, insulin, and GH. I would not use t4 unless your blood work shows that you need it. I don't think you will at 6iu. Speaking of, I would try to get more GH so that you can use it ED instead of post workout. As for sides from nandralone, I would look into caber. .5mg 2x wk should take care of you
