Since you are prone, and you still have gland tissue, you will need to be very careful. You will want to run an AI with every cycle. Also, I would think twice before using something like dbol that has a high level of aromatization. Some people are afraid that an AI will effect their gains. If you get the dosing right, you should be able to make great gains while controling estrogen. It may take a little work, but if you pay attention, you can easily stop gyno before it starts.

the more gear(test) you use, the more AI you are going to need. For 1200mg EW, I would start with .5mg EOD. Some people are more sensitive than others. Some may need .5mg ED. Some may be fine with .5mg 3x wk. But I would start at .5mg EOD and see how you respond.

As for insulin, I would start with humalog. It is the easiest to use. I have recently gone into great detail on this topic. If you look theough the other Q/A's you can find even more info. I would also suggest you look around the net and read up everywhere you can. The more info you have, the better. Insulin is a very serious drug and can kill you if you don't have your program laid out.

Start with 4iu. For every 1IU, I would consume 10g of carbs every hour. You will want to have these carbs in your system before you take your shot. Log will need to be covered for 3-4 hours. You do not want to take this insulin if you plan to go to sleep within 4 hours. If you start to feel hypo, consume simple sugars, asap. Honey, dextrose powder or glucose tabs, even drink a regular coke, if you have to. If possible, I would take my 4iu shot, 5 min after having a post workout shake, containing 40g carbs and 50g protein. Then one hour later, be eating a high protein solid food meal containing at least 40g carbs, ideally mixed between simple and complex carbs. A sweet potato is a good blend, IMO. Then one hour later, have another shake 40carbs, 50 protein. After that, you can probably return to your normal eating with no issue.
