ghrp6 is good for raising appetite. you can take a dose of 150-300mcg, first thing in the morning. you will notice hunger, quickly. then, later in the day when you train, i would inject my GH IM about 20 min before i train. dosing will depend on what you can afford. i would go no lower than 4IU if muscle growth is your objective. 6IU would be even better. i'm suggesting these doses based off of the fact that you said you're using hyge's. if we were taking a generic, i would suggest more. i've always been a fan of hyge gh and have always gotten good results. another good peptide to look into is IGF-1 LR3. as i recently mentioned in aother answer, a small dose of around 25mcg IM, right after training is ideal. inot only will it increae your IGF levels even higher than the GH alone, t will also help to sensitize you to insulin and therefore help you make the most out of your post training meal. if you can control your appetite, you could consider using more more shot of ghrp6 right before bed. if it gets to be too much and you find yourself staving all night, which i have, then just stick with the ghrp6 in the AM
