It sounds like you have a sensitivity to prolactin. This is your body's attempt to produce milk. I would get some cabergoline ASAP. I would start by taking .5mg for the first 2 days, the back it off to .5mg 2x wk. This should clear up ASAP. Continue on your adex and caber through the cycle. If it is going to take time to get ahold of caber, I would strongly consider reducing or eliminating the tren, until you can get ahold of it. If you can't get caber asap and need to reduce your tren dose, it is going to take some time to subside since you are running Tren E.
A general note to other readers :
I get a lot of guys that are new to tren, telling me that they want to start with tren E. For anyone reading this, that may be considering using tren e for their first run with tren, this is a reason I suggest not to. If you don't know how you will respond to tren, using ace will allow you to get it out of your system within a few days, in case something like this happens to you. If you use the long acting version and your body has a bad reaction, it can take wks for the side effects to go away.
