Hey man thanks for all the detailed info. By far learned more from your then any forum I have researched. About to start my first official "on" time with 500mg test e 2x week, dbol 30 mg ed for 5 weeks ad ex. 5 2x week then. 5 EOD after dbol. I am new and I am Ilin no hurry to start pounding multiple hormones. But in the future, 4 to 5 cycles from now, is EQ an ideal "bridge" hormone between a 12 to 16 week cycle. I am not competing just building on my 10 years of training el natural. I'm 27 5'11' ( on a good day) 220 lbs not sure of bf % but I'm no heffer. Thanks again my man continue to educational expertise you create.

Hey bro, glad to help and glad that you are getting something out of the Q/A. IMO, a bridge is just a fancy way of saying "not coming off gear". Remember, there is no free lunch and anyone who goes down that road has to pay a price. At this point in the game, you should focus on learning how to recover from the cycle you are planning to run, so that you can make the most out of your gear, keep your gains and regain your natural production. . Remember this isn't a sprint. Its a marathon. The guys who take the most short cuts always burn out and vansih from the sport. If you want longevity, take your time and learn to focus on the process. Learn to love the benefits you get from it today. If you can maintain your focus on the here and now, doing the next right thing, the future will take care of itself.

As far as bridges go, EQ is not a good choice. Any steroid you use will shut down your natural production of test and no other steroid will do for you what test does, when it comes to your hormonal needs as a male. EQ is a great compound in bulking or cutting cycles, but I would save it for those periods. For someone that really wants to bridge, I would suggest an HRT dose of test. I would suggest using the smallest amount possible to maintain sexual function and to keep you in the normal range. I have found in personal experinece that once you stop coming off, cycling back on, or "blasting" doesn't pack nearly the same punch as when you come off completely and recover.

If you happen to be an older guy, there is a chance that your natural test is already on the decline. If this is the case, then staying on isn't called bridging. It's HRT and if you can't maintain your natural test without it, I dont see any reason why someone new to gear shouldnt look into a HRT program. Other than that, I would take this one step/cycle at a time
