    solid bulking cycle for a big guy

    I'm 5'11" and weigh 250 lbs. Been training for 15 years plus. My bodyfat percentage us currently at 15%. (Taken by My insurance provider). I've used AAS in the past but I want to bulk up to 280-290 while still maintaining halfway decent muscularity. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    if it's been at least a couple years since you last cycled, you're pretty much ready to start over with the gear at low doses and you will get an amazing response. i'd ust keep things simple for now.  12 wks of a long acting test at 500mg and start the first 6 wks with an oral like dbol at 30mg. use an AI arom, throughout. use a little arom as possible to control estrogen, but still allow a decent amount of fluid retention to help you with your strength gains and recovery. 


     


    the quality of your gains (muscle vs fat) is all going to come down to your diet. you are going to need to put away a ton more food, if you wait to gain 40 lbs and it's probably going to take more than one cycle, especially if you keep things clean and keep the body fat in check. maybe after this cycle, use the same layout for the next, but add in some deca at 400mg EW.
