in m opinion, there is no best way to travel with gear during a flight, especially with the TSA and all their issues ect ect ect...and especially if you are flying out of the country....and especially if you are jacked. the only way i would pack an injectable steroid and syringes is if i have a legal prescription and even then, some countries my still have issues. other than that, i would ship it to yourselfif your stay is going to be longer than a wk. if you are only going to be gone for a wk and are running long esters, you can load up on your weekly injections in the last coiuple of days before you travel.
