There are so many different ways that people are using GH and I've heard good arguments for each idea. I've tried a lot of different methods but I still stand by taking my GH daily, split into smaller doses, keeping levels consistent. I take my insulin in the AM and again preworkout. I take IGF post workout at a low dose, cycled 8 wks on, 3 wks off. This just seems to work well for me. As for carbs and insulin, I have a hard time getting fat, even if I try, so I try to increase the carbs very high while using insulin. Call it an experiment, but I have been getting in over 200 carbs for many of my meals. I've also seen no difference in body fat storage in regards to dietary fats, so I consume them through the day regardless of being on insulin. I don't seem to be getting any fater than normal and nothing has changed in my lipids. This has been the result of starting very conservative years ago and slowly building up and pushing my limits. I wouldn't suggest just blasting tons of food now, but watch how your body responds. The most important thing about insulin is that you don't go hypo. Then IMO, the next most important thing is that it doesn't ruin your shape. If you see yourself getting fat on the carbs you are eating, you obviously don't want to push things further, but if you seem to be responding well, making gains while staying fairly lean and not getting distended, see if you can handle a little more food. I wouldn't push the insulin any higher than 20iu a shot.
