    I've been following your forum for a while now and trying to sift through each thread to answer the majority of my questions. You provide a wealth of knowledge and experience and I speak for us all on the board in saying we appreciate your time and attention to our inquiries.That being said, what is your opinion on the following proposed cycle of mine:Weeks 1-10 GP Test Cyp 250 mg Sunday, 250 mg WedWeeks 1-15 Arimidex 0.5 mg/day or EOD beginning with first pin? Side note: I am prone to gyn from experiences with previous cycles . . . Weeks 1-8 Dbol 20 or 25 mg/day?Weeks 13-15 Nolvadex 40 mg/day week 13, 20 mg/day weeks 14-15Fish oil, Liv52, NAC, saw palmetto etc.What do you think?

    Ok, adex can be started from the begining of the cycle. .5mg ED is going to be pretty high for the dose of test you are using. If you can get away with less, I would advise you do so. .5mg EOD is about the most I would use. Of course, if you need more because of gyno, thats another story. If test doesn't agree with you at low-ish cycle doses, you could always look towards drugs with less estrogen backlash, like primo, masteron, even EQ (in my expereince). You can use a low dose of test with primo and make solid, keepable gains. 

    Back to your plan..You will find that you need more adex while on dbol than when you are off of it. Really, my main application for dbol is to put water weight on and get me into a very anabolic state, quickly. If you find that you need to use so much adex that you can't put on some additonal fluid from the dbol, you might want to consider going another direction. There are a number of ways you can kick start a cycle without having to use dbol. Tbol or anavar come to mind. You could run 40-50mg of var for the first 6 wks of your cycle and though you would not gain as much bulk from the oral, the gains would be more solid. Your strength will get really good on var and the way I always look at it, if you are able to eat enough food to grow, and you are super strong in the gym, you have a recipe for growth. 

    You know your body best though. If you think that you can run this cycle and not have a problem, it's a good cycle. 20-25mg dbol is a low dose but you can make good gains from it. I've run cycles like this one a number of times and made great gains.
