30g should be just fine. I prefer a 29 g 1/2 in insulin pin, but you should have no issue with a 30. If you are planning to take just 2iu a day, I would take it all together, first thing in the AM. I prefer to take my gh IM instead of sub q. Either way, it will get into your system all the same. If you happen to do any AM fasted cardio, I would take it first thing, BEFORE you do your cardio
