Yes this would be a very unwise decission. This is the problem with guys who are afraid to run injectables. Its all fine and good for a couple of cycles, but over time, as you want to add more gear to a program, you don't have much room. Sdrol is awful on your organs. Anadrol is very harsh as well. No question in my mind, cycling like this would eventually lead to liver lesions. Not only that, but orals can effect appetite. All three are known to suppress appetite. I can't imagine how hard it would be to eat on all three. If you can't eat. You can't grow. 

Injectable dbol may be slightly safer than it's oral counterpart, but it still will be processed by the liver and still will tax it. I would still treat it as an oral, when it comes to designing a cycle.

Each one of these compounds can work well, in the right cycle. IMO, Dbol is probably the safest of the three. I would pick one and use it with test. Your gains will probably be better and you'll deal with far less side effects.
