    i've changed my stack plan

    here is my stats

    Age:26
    Height:5'9'
    Weight:230
    BF: ROUGHLY 18%

    I have been training for 7 years very seriously.

    and I started using gears 2 years ago.

    My first cycle
    Test E: 400ml/week (1-12)weeks

    Second:
    Test E:600ml/week(1-12)
    Deca:300ml/week (1-10)

    Planned the next cycle(3rd)

    Test P 1~8week: 560ml/week
    tren ace 1~6week: 350ml/week
    mast ace 4~8week: 350ml/week

    i am going to run tren 50/day like you recommended before.

    considering my stat and my test E gear history,do you think which dose 420 or 560 is better me?
    and what do you think about mast 50/day ?

    the injection experience from having a couple of cycles under your belt is certainly going to help you when it comes to doing shots more often but there is no two ways about it, sometimes prop can really kick. make sure you're using a very well made product or theres a chance that you wont be able to get through as planned without some set backs and major pain...i said "a chance". you may be just fine, but i can speak from personal experince that bad prop is no fun. im not just saying this because we're at naps site, but GP prop has been possibly the best prop i've used. worked very well for me and i experinced little pain. their mast and tren are both on the mark too. mixing them together in the same barrel will help with some of the discomfort of the prop. if you keep the dose around 500mg, you should be good. i'm more concerned about the logistics of injecting more oil than i am concerned about the difference of 100 or so mg's. your mast dose is fine, in fact, ideal for a new user.


    only thing im not fond of is the way you have things spread out. tren/prop/mast is a real killer combo. i truely believe there is some strong synergy between these compounds. i would ideally run them together vs staggered. 


     


    what if you went something like this...


    1-8 prop


    3-8 tren


    3-8 mast


     


    keep in mind, 8 wks is not a long time for a diet (assuming you're cutting). in competition, we usually give ourselves 12-16 wks. for most guys, including myself, we dont really add in many hardeners like tren or mast until the last 6 to 8 wks. so basically, this would be the finishing portion of a longer diet where i'd use longer acting compounds leading up to this point. then about 6 wks, i'd stap to this. now im not suggesting you add in a bunch of other gear and turn this into a bigger cycle, especially at your level, but i did want to kind of get you to understand where i'm coming from time wise. these hardening drugs will help you harden up, dry out and lose more fat, but you can only do so much in 2 months. you might want to spend some time gettng lean before you start your gear cuz its only going to take you so far and if you arent already lean and on your way, you wont be able to get that grainy shredded look without crash dieting


     


    one last thing. throw in an AI to keep estrogen down. 12.5 ED arom will work well. near the end, say the last month, bump it up to 25 mg ED
