I've seen new school talk of reducing test to a low dose while taking tren but I haven't tried it. I don't see that working out too well for me, as well as other guys I help. Tren isn't going to support sexual fuction...which is more than just being able to perform. It's also tied in to your sense of well being, energy, ect. 19 Nor based steroids can be hard on that. I always run more test than a 19 nor based steroid (tren or deca). 1g of test is a fairly high dose but if thats what you use when combining with other steroids, I wouldn't change it while using tren. You can always reduce it, if you feel it is a little much, but if 1g is what you're used to, I think you'll still be more likely to get side effects from the tren, not the test. 

I suppose there are merits to the new school thinking. If you can keep libido, and side effects are reduced, why not. I have heard of it working for some. I know what has worked for me though, so I'll stick with high test and add moderate tren to that.
