    I recently injured my lower lumbar discs in my back and am wanting to run a cycle rather than opt for the recommended surgery. IYO what would be a good combo muscle builder that could get me some increased strength and help me push through this setback. I'm 35 and nof ready to put my life on hold. Thanks for your help. Jesse

    I have no clue of the extent of your injury and if rehab is possible. If it is, I can suggest some compounds that will aid in speeding up muscle growth, but it of course will not fix the injury itself, if the spine is damaged. I would not suggest taking gear to mask an injury so that you can push through. That's only going to lead to more problems. If you can rehab the back, something like this may help. Do keep in mind that Deca can mask an injury. You will have to be very conservative with your training program and use your head. I'm not putting this cycle together, so that you can try to continue deadlifting.

    wk 1-20

    test cyp or test e 350mg EW

    adex .5mg 2x wk

    HCG 250iu 2x wk

    1-18

    deca 250-300mg EW

    adex .5mg 2x wk

    PCT would start 2 wks after last injection

    If you can afford it, GH @ 2iu ED from the start and continue on, at least through PCT. Longer if possible. As I've mentioned before, I would go with whats best, Hyge GH
