large amounts of muscle are going to come from large amounts of food. i will help you put a cycle together, but first, lets look at a proper bulking diet. just about every time i talk to someone that isn't making the gains they'd like to see, it's because their diet is lacking. i would suggest you consume 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight. solid foods will be much better than protein shakes. you can consume around 100g of protein from shakes, but if you want to make the gains you're talking about, i would suggest that the rest of the protein comes from lean animal sources, chicken, beef, turkey fish and eggs. split your total protin up into 6-7 meals a day. 8 meals if want. eat every 2-3 hours. add a carb to each meal. i have no idea how much you weigh, but for a 200 lb man who isn't obese, i would suggest at least 400 carbs to start. for this 200 lb man, i would also suggest at least 200 g of healthy fats from nuts, EVOO, mac oil, natural nut butters, ect. so in total, for our 200 lb man in fairly lean shape, 400g protein, 200 fats and start with 400 carbs. add more carbs as long as you are not getting overly fat.
steroids work by speeding recovery and increasing the amount of nutrients that your muscles can handle, so your diet will directly limit your gains.
as for gear, i would suggest that you control estrogen while on cycle with an AI such as adex. you can use drugs that highly aromatize, such as dbol, as long as you control estrogen. you want some estrogen though or your gains will be effected.

oral turinabol will not effect your estogen level the same way that dbol will, but it does increase strength and will help to kick your cycle off as you wait for the longer acting compounds to begin working.

2 wks after last injection, nolvadex 60 mg on the first day, followed by 40mg for 6 days. the use 20mg for the next 2 wks.
