I would not use DES. DES is a less effective form of IGF, than LR3. I believe that peptide companies carry it to make their product list look bigger. Sometimes, I've seen it promoted as a "fast acting" IGF, when really, what it is, is a short acting IGF. It is in and out of your system quickly, where as LR3 lasts 12 hours. Stick with LR3. Preworkout is good, taken IM with an insulin syringe. You do not need to take it bilaterally, or even in the muscle trained, as it is systemic. Once it enters your blood stream, it will circulate through your body. Be aware that, as the name states, IGF is "inslin like". It can cause you to go hypo. I use it with an intra workout shake when taking it before I train. The shake contains 30-45g dextrose, 5-10g bcaa and 10g reatine.
For a wider view of my diet, I always finish eating about 30-45 min before I train. Some need more time to let food clear. Then 5 min before training, I take my IGF. I use about 35-40mcg. Then sip my intra workout shake. Post training, I have a shake of whey only, as the carbs are still in my system from the intraworkout, which I just finished. The about 45 min later, I have my solid post training meal.
