Hey bro, thanks. I'm glad to help. Ok, lets start with the base. I would suggest that no matter your goal in bodybuilding or strength lifting, you use test as a base. From there, you can add in other compounds to suit your desired effect. How many compounds you use and how high you take your doses, should come down to what your experience is. You want to use the least amount you can, to evoke a strong effect. You don't want to over kill it. It won't help your gains but will lead to the potential of more side effects. If you haven't used gear if a couple years, going on a test cyp (or test e) cycle at 500mg, with a dbol kick start, will add some great size, over a 12 wk period. If you have been cycling more recently and want to kick it up a little further, adding in another injectable like deca will add to the program. I would also use an AI through the cycle to control estrogen. Im not sure if your buddy had you running PCT, but I would include that as well. If you feel that you have had a hard time recovering from cycles in the past, HCG through the cycle at 250mcg 2x wk will help
