Personally, I would use the winstrol at the end of the cycle, once you are low in body fat. Once you are lean, the winstrol will help to dry you out. Why use it at the begining of the diet, when you are still at your heaviest when you can apply it to the end and get a more dramatic cosmetic effect? Also, I find that over time, a cycle tends to lose its "punch". Adding additional MG's or new hormones will keep the fire burning strong. I especially feel this way in a cutting diet. When cutting, I don't use any form of a kick start. I just start my long acting injectables and go to work on my diet and in the gym. Sure, the first few wks, aren't going to be quite as dramatic, but I can tell the hormone is there, and from day one, it is helping to support muscle tissue in a calorie deficit. Supporting muscle is really the main of goal of running gear on a cut anyway. Then as time goes by and I get leaner, I will add in more compounds or up the MG's. My view point is to build as I go. Keep in mind, my diet goal is to lead up a compeition, but I don't see why the same tactics won't work for a noncompetitor. With the Tren E, I would run it longer than 7 wks because of the long ester. If you want to run it for 6-7 wks, I would ace ace for the last 6-8 wks, otherwise, I would run it like this.
Also, have you ever used clen? Its a great addition for fat loss.

adex (I would start at .5mg EOD and if you feel you want to lower estrogen further, increase the dose around wk 8 to 10. Remember that taking it too high will lower estrogen too far, which usually results in uncomfortable side effects. Sore joints, low sex drive, ect.)
