    Straying from what works

i'm in mid 40's, and recently gotten back on gear after 15 years off. competed at amt level when in 20's. at that time, I used it all, all the time, and was very stupid looking back...no pct, bad diet, the more the better, etc etc. my question is, I've been killing it with sust and tren at 400-800 mg of ea per week, and 6iu of GH. two 6mo (only10 weeks with tren though)cycles over past 18 months and I want to know if I should think about changing up to say a 16wk 600mg eq cycle with 400mg test and maybe some var at the end. should I waste my time re-inventing wheel at my age with no competing in future or change it up a little to keep gains coming? i'm 5'11, 245, but prob 18-20% and obv still need to lose fat, which is why I've been doing dieting type cycles with 2500 calories a day.

Yes bro, I would certainly change the program up. I'm sure that with you're experience, you have seen homeostasis creep in as a cycle progresses. I make cycle changes every several wks. Either upping a dose or adding a compound or switching a compound. I'll switch test esters every 8 wks. Maybe start with sust, then move to Cyp. I'll run a long acting anabolic like EQ through a 16 wk period but in the first 8 wks, may use NPP, then in the 2nd 8 wks, switch to tren. Change is good.
