I have found that clomid seems to be a little more effective but nolvadex has less side effects for most guys. So usually, I suggest nolvadex. This PCT program is designed for any cycle. 

for test cyp, start 2 wks after last inject :

1 wk 40mg ED, followed by 2 more wks of 20mg ED. If you don't feel like you are recovering at the end, I have found that extending the PCT helps. Sometimes, I will use 10mg Nolvadex for an additional 10 days, 2 wks
