before you start using drugs, your best bet it to train naturally for awhile. it will take time to understand what you need to do for your body, in order to get gains. it takes time to create mind/muscle connection. it takes time to learn how to eat 6 times a day. it takes time to become consistent through the ups and downs of life. without this foundation, the drugs will not do as much good as the potential harm they can create.
further, if and when you do want to start, gh is not the best first option for a new user. believe it or not, the effects of gh are very very mild compared to even the more mild AAS. and gh alone will yeild little gains. gh is what people begin using when they need more than just AAS to keep adding size or to help with dieting in a contest situtation. combining a high dose of gh with test and insulin is where the growth happens. as you can see, that route is not for the newbie!
so lets talk steroids. if you want them to work, you need to feed yourself more protein than you think is logical. there is pienty of info on the net about how to eat like a BB. if you want help getting started, feel free to ask me in the diet section. and while you're there, look around. you may be able to find the info you need by reading the answers i've given to others. AAS allow you to store more protein than when you're clean. this is in a nutshell, how they work. if you dont eat the diet, you cant grow....or your gains will be very limited, mostly water weight that will come off after the cycle. by creating more muscle, you can burn more fat. this will help you in your goal of losing the extra lbs. its amazing to me, that over the years, as i've added more size, i can stay pretty lean all year, no mattter how much i eat. the muscle just burns calories all day. its like having a v8 big block in your car. its going to take a lot more gas to get from point a to point b than if you were in a 4 banger!! that being said, if you want to get lean and look good, the diet will be key. steroids WILL NOT make you lean. your diet and cardio will. see why i'm saying you need a foundation? if you dont have these things in order, you'll waste your time trying to figure things out under the crunch of a 10 wk cycle. get this in order now and then, if you want to use, go in knowing exactly what you need to do.
training. i believe that training isnt quite as important as diet, but at the same time, if you dont at least have a good well rounded program, your plan will fail or results will be sub par. so get yourself into the gym. figure out exactly how to work each muscle group. if you never trained, start with a full body workout, 3x wk. do this for about 6 wk. you'll need to reseach how this works or you're welcome to go and ask me here, in the training section. i'm sure the answer would help others in your situation, who are interested in the same goal. after your 6 wk cycle of full body workouts, i would move to a 5 day split, hiting each muscle 1 time a wk, doing 4-5 exercises for 4 sets. here is a good standard plan. mon, chest...tues, back...wed,arms...thrus, legs...fri, shoulders/traps...sat and sun, rest. the workout itself should be fast moving, taking no more than 1 hour. hit abs 3 times a wk, focusing on high reps around 20 to 30 of crunches and hanging leg raises. do this after your workout and limit yourself to 10 minutes each time.
one more note, diet and training are both important. without either of them, the results wont happen. there is one more critical factor though. REST. make sure you get plenty of sleep every night and relax on your non training days. we dont grow in the gym. we grow while we rest!
so no matter what, if you want to look like a thin, lean mens physique guy or you want to be a hulking bodybuilder, this is the foundation. now get to it bro ;)
