Anavar is not for fat loss though. Steroids are for muscle gain. So you can be fat and have a lot of muscle but I don't think that is her goal. Plus they come with side effects, especially for females. These are the hormones that make men men afterall. I would consider this intense. If she wants to tone up, lose fat, look and feel better and she wanted to use a drug to help in this process, assuming she is not breast feeding (as none of these drugs would be a good idea in that case), clenbuterol would be helpful along with yohimbine HCL. Clen used at 20mcg every day for 2 wks, then 40 for 2, 60 for 2, 80 for 2, then taking a 4 wk break and can repeat if desired. She can stay on yohimbine through this whole process, starting at 2.5mg and working up to a dose she is comfortable with, no higher than 10mg. Drugs are such a small part of the picture though in her situation. There are so many hormonal changes that have happened and are still happening. If she is not ovulating yet, I would not touch any drugs what so ever. She needs to recover and get back to normal. As a nutritionist, I have worked with many women in her situation. It requires lots of rest and recovery, low stress, the right nutrition and a training plan that is going to not add to the physical stress. Even with the right plan, it could take a long long time to get her hormones back to normal. Adding in steroidal hormones will just make this worse.
