    Gym brother`s help! Wanting to take a stack

    Guys, i'm 34 years old, 193lbs, 16-17% body fat. Work out 6 days a week and try to eat pretty clean.I want to start a stack to gain some muscle, i'll put in the hard work. I've been working out for about 4 years now and have done several work out plans but i really want to get bigger.Any real good advice on a starter stack would be much appreciated. Thank you guys

    First word of advise, I would try to get a little leaner before starting. If muscle gain is your goal, its going to take adding food and in the process, you will only get fatter. The fatter you are, the more your body will hormonally lean toward storing even more fat. so if you are ordering from Naps, set that up and then start a plan to get leaner first. I would give yourself time for a mini cut diet, getting closer to 12%. And with all respect, eating clean means eating in a way that allows you to stay leaner so if your diet was nailed, you’d already be leaner. Just saying that something is off with your diet.As far as cycles go, test cyp or test e, 500mg EW split into 2 shots. Along with this, Arimidex for estrogen control. I would use this cycle for 10-12 wks, then PCT of Clomid to finish. 100mg for 1 wk, then 50mg for 2 more. Clomid starts 2 wks after last shots. That said, come back to the QA and spend more time reading. There is so much more to understand about steroids. They are amazing, powerful and can be dangerous hormones that demand respect
